Chai Tea

2 c water, 4 bags black tea.

Boil water, add tea bags and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Remove tea bags.
Stir in
2 c milk,
2 Tbsp honey (add more if you like it sweeter),
1/2 tsp ground ginger,
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, and
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.

Heat to boiling, stirring with a wire whisk to foam milk... Enjoy!

Yumm. This was really good, although the wire wisk didn't foam the milk. Mum really liked it too. Good job, dahling
