1 1/2 c. orzo
3 Tbl. butter
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 Tbl. fresh basil
salt & pepper
Saute orzo in butter for 2-3 minutes until slightly brown.
Add chicken broth and simmer until liquid is absorbed (until it is soft and fluffy).
Add Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and salt & pepper to taste.
